Introducing Empowered ON DEMAND

Empowered ON DEMAND is a growing library of fitness classes to support you during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. Our subscription will give you access to strength, express, cardio, recovery and educational classes, anytime, anywhere, so that you can move with ease and confidence, no matter the season you’re in.

Classes are led by Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist and Personal Trainer, Leslie Rodriguez. During classes she will guide you on proper breathing techniques to help you connect to your deep core and pelvic floor, address common pregnancy/postpartum related issues such as Diastasis Recti, coning/bulging down the midline of your core, leaking when you cough, sneeze or exercise and so much more.

Every workout is designed with your whole body in mind. We understand that there can be lasting changes that impact how your body feels and moves before, during, and after pregnancy, which is why our classes can help everyone. If you’re trying to conceive, currently pregnant, 5 months postpartum or even 10+ years out, our classes are for you.

By providing education and a variety of guided workouts, our goal is to empower you and remove the fear around exercise during pregnancy and postpartum. We believe that when you work out with us, you will go into the next season of your life feeling stronger than before.

How do I get started?

Start here and select “start free trial”. From there, select which type of membership you want, monthly or annual. Create an account by entering your email and desired password (which you will use to access classes in the future). Input payment details and click on the subscribe button. That’s it! You will then receive a confirmation email to access classes ON DEMAND.

What exercise equipment do I need?

Our classes require minimal equipment. We recommend having at least one set of dumbbells (ranging from 5-12lbs), a resistance band and a loop band. Optional exercise equipment can include a swiss ball and foam roller for some of the recovery workouts. Check out the equipment that I use here.

What is the cost?

To receive monthly access to our ON DEMAND classes, the cost is $35 + tax per month with the ability to cancel at any time. We also offer a discounted rate for an annual membership at $378 + tax per year.

How long are the workouts?

Workouts range from 10-45 minutes in length. We know you’re busy, so we keep them short and effective!
