10 Minute Home Workout (Upper Body)

Hello Mama,

In todays blog I am sharing a short 10 min upper body workout that you can do from the comfort of your own home. Stress is high at the moment and exercise can be a great gateway to help you manage your stress and mental well being. So, join me for this quick upper body workout that requires zero equipment!

Perform each move for 45 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of rest for 3 rounds. If you are pregnant, newly postpartum or simply want modifications follow the video with the modified version which I have linked below.
