When to stop exercising during pregnancy

Exercise during pregnancy has endless benefits, however there are times when it’s appropriate to stop🛑 
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Pain/discomfort during an exercise could be due to poor technique or possibly that the exercise is not right for you, but if you feel any of the following symptoms that is a sign that you should stop and check with your health care provider before continuing.

👉🏼Vaginal bleeding 
👉🏼Regular painful contractions 
👉🏼Amniotic fluid leakage 
👉🏼shortness of breath before exertion 
👉🏼Dizziness 
👉🏼Headache 
👉🏼Chest pain 
👉🏼Muscle weakness affecting balance 
👉🏼Calf pain or swelling

Listening to your body is great and keeping these symptoms in the back of your mind will help you know what to listen for to keep you healthy and active during pregnancy.
