We offer 30 and 60 minute personal training programs for people of ALL fitness levels. Because everyone’s pregnancy and postpartum journey is different, an individualized training program can yield to faster results. We focus on corrective exercises to help minimize, prevent, and rehabilitate common injuries such as pelvic pain, low back pain, diastasis recti, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
Each session will include breathing techniques for proper core activation, strength training, functional movement, and labor training (for expecting people). Our goal is to make every session safe, challenging and fun for you.
