Join me live every Thursday at 9:30 AM MST for a 45-minute total-body strength workout as part of our 4-week series. This series is designed to help you feel great, move better, and build strength with minimal equipment (just dumbbells) from home.

We will focus on building a solid foundation with exercises that target your core, pelvic floor, and total body. Each class will provide exercise modifications for those who are pregnant, postpartum, or looking for low-impact movement, ensuring you progress week by week.

All sessions will be recorded and emailed to you, available for 2 weeks, so you can continue progressing and building strength on your own time.

Series Dates: 07/16/26-08/06/26

*Please note that the class originally scheduled for Thursday, July 23 will be moved to Tuesday, July 21.

Registration Options:

Full Series – $60
Register for the full series and enjoy all four live classes at a discounted rate.

Drop-In Classes – $18 per class
Register for one, two, or three individual classes. Simply select the drop-in option, choose the number of classes you'd like to attend, and confirm your preferred date(s) during checkout.

Classes will be hosted via Zoom. Upon signing up you will receive an email link within 24 hours with all the details to join us live from your phone or computer. *Pre registration is required. Please note that classes with less than 2 registrants are subject to cancellation.
