I’m so excited to officially introduce the Stronger You Challenge — a 4-week Strength & Movement Challenge designed to help you move more, feel stronger, and build healthy habits that actually last.
Whether you’re getting back into a routine, easing into movement, or craving a more intentional approach to fitness, this challenge was created to support you every step of the way.

What’s Included in the Stronger You Challenge
🏋️♀️ Weekly Workouts
You’ll complete 3 strength workouts per week, with workouts ranging from 15–38 minutes, making them easy to fit into your life.
Each week includes:
Total-body strength workouts
Core-focused sessions
Strength + cardio to build endurance and confidence
🧘 Recovery Day (Your Choice!)
Each week also includes a 4th recovery-focused day, where you choose what feels best for your body:
Walk 10,000 steps
Complete one of our recovery or mobility videos
Or do both
Recovery is just as important as strength, and this challenge encourages you to honor your body while staying active.

In my classes, we don’t rush through movements just to check a box. Instead, we slow things down and focus on intentional movement. You’ll be guided to pay attention to:

Pelvic floor awareness
This approach helps you actually feel the exercises where you’re supposed to.
The workouts are designed to help you progress week by week, build strength safely, and gain confidence, no matter where you’re starting from.
