This class will help you gradually adjust to your new demands post pregnancy by providing you with safe and effective moves for all fitness levels. Utilizing our belly breathing technique, we will focus on your inner core unit (Deep core + Pelvic Floor) through each movement to improve core strength and posture while providing you with a safe, fun and challenging workout.
