Prenatal Fitness-Body For Birth


Starts: Thursday, August 1 at 6:30pm (MEETS EVERY THURSDAY for 6-weeks)

Learn how to safely and effectively continue exercising through your pregnancy to prepare you for labor and beyond. This six-week prenatal program includes core, pelvic floor and body strengthening exercises to ease aches and pains and to protect against injury. Includes our labor training technique, a combination of breath and guided meditation to leave you feeling relaxed and recharged. 

*Space is limited to 5 mamas, reserve your spot for our upcoming series.

Postpartum Mama FITT 4-Week Series

$50 for one session per week, $100 for two sessions per week (for 4-weeks), Drop-in $17

Gain strength through full-body exercises designed with your core in mind.  This 4-week series includes an initial core assessment, posture, core and pelvic floor recovery movements, and a mixture of cardio and total body strengthing exercises to help you gradually adjust to your new demands post pregnancy.

You can choose from from 1-2 classes a week:
Tuesday 9am & Thursday 5pm

 *Baby friendly classes welcomes non-crawlers and little movers. This is a laid back enviroment where we understand Motherhood. If you have non-mobile babies feel free to wear your baby or bring them in their carseat. If you have mobile little ones we have a corner toy area where the kiddos can play. Remember that kids will be kids, so if you don’t mind a little crying (maybe screaming), juggling of toys, and an awesome workout then welcome Mama, this series is for you!

Body Foundation Program  


Introductory Prenatal & Postnatal fitness session.

During this comprehensive 90 minute session, we will thoroughly assess your current movement pattern, musculoskeletal function, any past or current symptoms or injuries, and overall health history. We will teach you the fundamentals to activate your inner core unit, and create a customized training program that addresses your specific goals and intentions. This program is a great start for expecting or new Moms and is designed to be done in person or virtually through Skype, Zoom or FaceTime

*All new 1:1 training clients require this one-time Body Foundations Program.
