Body Foundation Program


Introductory Prenatal & Postnatal fitness session.

During this comprehensive 90 minute session, we will thoroughly assess your current movement pattern, musculoskeletal function, any past or current symptoms or injuries, and overall health history. We will teach you the fundamentals to activate your inner core unit, and create a customized training program that addresses your specific goals and intentions. This program is a great start for expecting or new Moms and is designed to be done in person or virtually through Skype, Zoom or FaceTime.
