Body For Birth 6-Week Program

Learn how to safely and effectively continue exercising through your pregnancy to prepare you for labor and beyond. This six-week program will meet once a week with a make up session at the end of the series if needed. It includes core, pelvic floor and body strengthening exercises to ease aches and pains and to protect against injury. Our labor training technique at the end of every session is a combination of breath and guided meditation to leave you feeling relaxed and recharged.
