Hello! My name is Leslie.

I live in Denver, Colorado with my husband and my wild Two-year-old boy. Finding balance in my life has been one of the hardest things to accomplish since becoming a Mama. As much as I love what I do, I also find it extremely important to make time for myself. With the chaos motherhood can bring, I believe in the healing power movement can have in our lives.

I became passionate about fitness in 2010 after accomplishing my own fitness goals. This drove me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science, working as a Personal Trainer for many years. My passion for empowering Women was born after my own journey to Motherhood. Having gone through pregnancy myself, I realized that aside from prenatal yoga there was a lack of pregnancy specific exercises and education offered and knew there had to be more.

As a Certified Prenatal & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist my passion is to help Mamas feel strong and confident in their own skin. Over my own fitness journey, it has taken me several years to realize how important and enjoyable it is when you exercise to feel a certain way rather than to look a certain way. And that is my mission, to help you experience the mental, emotional, and physical benefits exercise will provide for you.

When I am not chasing after my little one, you can find me salsa dancing with my husband, watching Netflix, sipping the occasional glass of wine, exploring the mountains, and spending time with friends and family.

Our goal is to embrace the challenges that pregnancy brings and to provide you with appropriate, safe, and effective training programs which will help you experience a more joyful and active pregnancy and recovery.

Our programs are based on the foundation of strengthening and retraining the inner core unit, as this is the foundation for all movement. Our method of training focuses on creating an individualized program to help prevent most common pregnancy related issues such as diastasis recti, pelvic floor incontinence, prolapse, and lower back pain. Through our classes and individual training sessions, we teach you the techniques needed to safely strengthen and engage your core throughout pregnancy and post-birth. By retraining the primary body stabilizer (the core) through correct breathing patters and deep core and pelvic floor recruitment, we can help you be more in tune with your body to help you go about your daily life with ease.

As a new Mama, I understand the challenges you face when it comes to wanting to feel like yourself again. This is why we offer flexibility in our training programs by providing in-studio, mobile and virtual training sessions for women all over the world. With our specific mental, emotional and physical training we want to empower you to trust your body and to take comfort in knowing that what benefits you will also benefit the precious life inside of you for the years to come.
